This phase covers the period from delivery point at Vendor shop till arrival of the equipment / materials to project site (or Iranian Vendors’ shops in case of parts and components). It includes the followings:

  • Coordination in preparation and conclusion of Forwarding Contracts.
  • Preparation of transportation plan.
  • Checking and confirming the packing condition, marking of goods for transportation based on the condition of the purchase order.
  • Ensuring compliance of packing list with the loaded good.
  • Preparation of traffic reports.
  • Advising actual shipment confirmation through transmittals.
  • Inland transportation management.
  • Interim warehousing management.
  • Insurance management.
  • Management of goods in ports.
