• Continuous monitoring of Vendors performance in respect to requirements of purchase orders and time schedule.
  • Performing desk expediting for applicable purchase orders.
  • Making periodic visits to Vendor shops and communicating any delays from the scheduled targets and establishing methods to remedy such delays.
  • Reporting latest available information on expected delivery dates of vendors along with potential/predicted delays, their causes and proposed preventive/corrective actions.
  • Supervision on compliance of delivery procedures with the delivery terms stipulated in the relevant Purchase Order.
  • Notice to Logistics department for readiness of goods for shipment (Pre Shipment Notice).
  • Review of Vendor claims for extra costs relevant to re-performance of works.
